Agrahi Consulting (“Agrahi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website at agrahi.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
We are a manufacturing consulting practice based in Hickory, North Carolina. We do not sell personal information.
Information You Give Us Directly
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. This is sent to our business email and used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we begin working together, to communicate about that engagement.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use it to send occasional updates about our services and manufacturing insights. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share these details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information Collected Automatically
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our site — which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and roughly where visitors are located. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on.
Session analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with our pages. Clarity records information about clicks, scrolling, cursor movement, and page navigation, and may create playbacks of on-site behavior. We use this to identify usability problems — for example, a button people try to click that isn’t working. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

Search performance
We use Google Search Console to see which search queries lead people to our site. This data is aggregated and anonymous.
Spam protection
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyzes visitor behavior to distinguish humans from automated bots. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Server logs and content delivery
Our hosting provider and content delivery network automatically log standard technical information including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and site performance.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Our site uses them for:

- Analytics — the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity tools described above

We maintain reasonable safeguards including SSL encryption on all pages, two-factor authentication on administrative accounts, active security monitoring, and regular software updates.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
